My charger has been on its last legs for over a year now, I've just been too cheap to spend the $75 to replace it. I saw this listing and figured it couldn't hurt - worst comes to worst, I send it back.

Immediately after receiving the package, I opened it and compared the charger to my old one. The only difference I can see is that the serial numbers are printed in a different size - everything else is absolutely the same - and it's possible that they're different because they were made four years apart. I plugged it in, and it works. I'll update the review once I get a feel for how well it works.

(Product only receives 5 stars because it seems to be an actual Apple charger. The MagSafe chargers seem to be built to fail, so I wouldn't normally give them 5 stars.)
